Henry Moore, Time-Life Screen, New Bond Street

Henry Moore is largely considered to be one of the most significant British artists of the 20th Century. In 1953, he unveiled a sculpture made up of four monolithic stones for the Time and Life building, that he had actually carved in his garden. Each of the pieces are based on the surrounding architecture and are intended to look as though they are escaping from the building.
